Returns, exchanges, or store Credit:

At Angel Alchemy, we offer returns, so that you can make sure your purchase is just right. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days for an exchange or refund minus an 8% fee deducted for our various costs including resizing, re-polishing, re-listing and re-advertising. For exchanges, we will waive the 8% fee.

The 7 day return timeline begins when your purchase is delivered or available for pickup.

We take pride that our jewelry is produced with exceptional standards and hope that people will be over the moon with their pieces. We do our best to provide all of the dimension information in each listing, as well as photos for size reference and I ask that customers take the time to read these details. That said, In the case that this piece just isn't the one for you, we absolutely want everyone to be beyond happy and we're committed to to our best to offer the following options for reasonable solutions:

Returning an Order

1. Packing your order: For all returns and exchanges, include all original packaging. Your polishing cloth is complimentary; please keep this as a token of our appreciation. For security reasons, do not write jewelry, or other related words anywhere on the package.

2. Shipment and Insurance: Please "double box" your shipment and follow these instructions. Enclose your item inside its original ring/jewelry box. For your convenience, we recommend using the original packaging from your order. Place the ring/jewelry box inside the shipping box and full tape all corners of the box.  If you do not have the original packaging, please include the ring/jewelry box inside a small shipping box and seal it inside of the larger shipping box.  Affix the label to the outside of the larger box. Angel Alchemy is not responsible for packages without a shipping receipt and tracking number, and packages must have "signature required" status.  For countries outside of the US, please contact us for an alternate return address.

3. Please ship your item fully insured signature required, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Angel Alchemy. Angel Alchemy is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

4. Please inform us of your return before sending so that we know to be expecting it otherwise it could sit at the post office and eventually be returned to sender.


Return shipping policy

To cover some of my costs and time for shipping, insurance, sizing, listing, and advertising which also includes the credit card fees that I have to absorb based on the payment method you used, a piece can be returned for a reasonable fee of 8%. As a small business I cannot offer full refunds.

Please postmark your return within 7 days of its delivery date of being received and send via USPS priority or UPS shipping.  Angel Alchemy will not be responsible for refunding items that get lost in the mail, so we recommend insuring your packages.  

Processing Time. Returns take approximately two business days to process upon receipt of the item. Refunds will be issued via the method of payment used in the original purchase, or by check if the original payment method was bank wire, cash or certain other payments requiring special processing. International bank wire purchases will be refunded in USD according to the exchange rate at time of purchase. Angel Alchemy is not responsible for differences in foreign currency refund amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund. Angel Alchemy is not responsible for any foreign exchange or other fees that are charged by the customer’s financial institution. For all credit card refunds, please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Normally it only takes 1-5 business days to appear. I will send proof of the refund in process within two business days upon receipt of the Item.

If you feel you still would love to have your perfect Angel Alchemy piece, but the piece you ordered just isn't quite it, I'm happy to absorb these return fees and process a full refund for store credit. In this case, a digital gift card will be issued for you. Refer to the Refund process for returning your item for exchange. Secondary exchanges come with a 4% exchange fee.
